Video + recording

Hei, i have bought an Edirol R09 and want to both record and make a Video (Classical guitar). Any suggestions how i can synchronize audio and video?

I don't know much about your equipment, but I have worked as a video editor. What you do is start the recording of the video and start the recording of the audio, Just before you start playing, use something that will make a spike in the audio, like the clapper boards they use in movies, that way you can see the spike when your editing and match the audio spike with the visual action of the clap board. i guess you could just clap your hands real loud.

Or there may be a device that can start recording the video and audio at the same time, but im guessing thats more expensive..
