What gear did you guys get for Christmas?

I bought myself a Japan made DS-1 from Ebay

I'm very happy with the sound I can get

any DS-1 user? What's your DS-1 setting?

I have a DS-1 (not Japan made ) I usually set it with the tone all the way down (or pretty close) the dist. all the way up, and the level all the way up.
