What kind of picks do you guys use?

I like any of the various Jazz III's, Red Bear Lil Jazzers, and V-Pick small pointeds.

I *really* like the new Max Grip Jazz III's. Even better grip than the Ultex Jazz III's.

Looks like the Jazz III's are getting a lot of love here no real surprises. I used to use them but ended up settleing on Dunlop Tortex Pitchblack 1.14 Jazz picks.

Nice and small (like Jazz III) but with better grip and a little more ping (if that makes any sense) For soft/clean, I use my thumb.

Dunlop Stubby 1mm. The only problem is they are transparent and *very* hard to find if dropped.

Green Tortex Jazz Sharpies.

I use Brossard Groovy Bone picks. A thumb groove on one side and a diagonal cut in the other give it some grippability. Lots of punch and seriously percussive attack.

I switch between Dunlop Tortex sharp 1.14 mm (the purple sharp one), and Cool Picks Juratex Jazz 1.5mm
I think I like the cool picks better, but they are hard to get.
