what would you recomend...?

hi all im looking to upgrade to a full stack, i mainly play metal,rock,punge,post grunge and blues, i need something taht works well under distortion at the moment ive been looking at:

MG100HDFX Head, MG412A and MG412B Cabinets by marshall

TBX150H head, IS412CA and IS412CS cabinet by ibanez

what do you guys think i should go for? any others i should consider?
budgets around $900 :P

Here in the states their's a guy I know that is selling his Laney VH100R half stack for $900.00, also I would look for a Yamaha T-50 amp head designed by M. Soldano and then find a good 4X12 cab.

Seeing as your in the UK, look for a Laney. Neither of those amps (MG and Toneblaster) are much good, they're basically louder practice amps.

Get the JSX Combo now, then throw a 2x12 under it when you get the extra cash. I think you can find a combo used in your price range.
