Z.Vex Pedals

Has anyone used one of those Z.Vex pedals? Just saw one of them the other day and it sparked my interest. The Ooh Wah sounds like it would be pretty sick. Just wondered if anybody has played or owns one of these and would share their thoughts. Peace

No one's heard of these, huh? Oh well, they are boutique pedals, all hand made, and carry a price tag of about 350-400 bucks (!!!). Just saw a blurb on them in an old Guitar World and wondered if anyone had any opinions. Oh well, not like i could afford one anyway!

Yea, I've heard of them (also in Guitar World). I seem to remember hearing from someone that they're great tho.

I've got the seek wah... really cool effect. i wish it had a tap tempo.

Check out the wah probe. It works like a Theramine (sp?). The closer your foot gets to it (w/out touching it) the more the wah opens. Cool stuff.

I have several of their pedals, and love them all. I just got the wah probe at the NAMM show. The seek wah and the ooh wah are cool too.
They are high quality pedals, all handmade, and hand painted. I think Zachary's line id great for whatever type of effect your looking for.
They are a tad bit pricy, so make sure you love it before you buy it.
