FS: 99 7vwh local in the DFW area

Great shape, never gigged. A little wear on the gold, but not real bad. It's been sitting in a safe for about 3 years. Got it new in 99. Would really like to sell here in the DFW area, cuz I don't know shizzle about shipping, paypal ect. Comes with the high end case, everything that came with it. No pics right now, but if its local, just stop by and see it. I'd like to get $1400 for it, but will listen to reason. If you take it for $1400, I'll throw in a Bad Horsie Wah, a Steve Vai signature cable, and several of Steve's picks. Also, Steve signed the back of the headstock with a blue Sharpie.

A few words of advice if I may?

Pictures do wonders for trying to pry over a grand of someone's hard earned cash out of their wallets.

Shipping is quite easily accomplished by dropping by any guitar shop, asking for a guitar case box to ship a guitar in (free), then putting some bubble wrap on the guitar to keep it from moving in the case and some extra between the case and the box to keep it solid as well.

UPS or FedEX coast to coast is generally under $50 fully insured. I shipped a UCMD to a dude in Russia for $92. Took the neck off and bubble wrapped the heck out of the body and neck and stuck it in a box and took it to the post office, it's really no big deal to ship anything these days, so why limit yourself to hundreds of people when you could sell to potentially millions?

Thanks for the advice. Not to sound ugly, but not anything I didn't know already. If you'll read my second post, I said I would consider shipping.

About the pics. My Daughter had my camera and that's why no pics at first. I prefer selling locally so that everybody knows what they're getting. And while I jokingly said the firewood thing, I'm still eating. I was in no "panic" to sell it. Maybe I came across wrong.

Pics have been sent to a few people. Also, as I said above, please e-mail me, don't pm. I don't get on here enough. I used to live on this board back in the "$1700.00 for a Floral?" days. If you don't know what I'm talking about, ask one of the old-timers.
