Ok, this guitar is a beater, I do not want to lie about it. It is faded, it is beat up, and its not mint!! There ya go. It has some weird thing going on with the paint job, like some letters or something got "burned into the paint", you can't see it in the pictures, but its there...It was like the guitar sat in the window somewhere, and there was some letters beaming with the sunlight onto the guitar. Again not really noticeable, but it is there if you look. The tremelo unit is corroded a little, and the neck is pretty ugly as well. This is a player guitar. It does, however, sound great, stay in tune, and everything works.
If your looking for a backup, or something you can just go nuts on than this is it....
Ok, I have no clue what this is worth. Its a beater. I see "mint" ones, selling from 1500-1900. $1200 is the price....If its overpriced, than I will sure soon find out. I'd much rather trade for a Wolfie, but those are hard to find around this neck of the woods.
The case is not original, it is an SKB case, and the thingy that keeps the case form opening all the way is broke as well...
I really plan on buying a Wolfgang. I use a Wolfgang as my main guitar, and this as a backup. Ive tried the jem, but the "wow and flutter" with the floating trem, I just can't deal with. I pick to heavy I guess. PLus the maintanence, and the breaking of a string, I like the Wolfie tremelo much better. Its like a hard-tail, but you can still dive-bomb...
If you have a Wolfgang, please no hard-tails. And no Black one's. (my current one is black). I am partial to the green ones right now....
Here are the pics...
