Guys, this is a truly amazing guitar, but I'm thinking it's just to mint and pristine for me. I'm more in need of a "player" guitar that I'm not afraid to touch. I just got it recently, but perhaps it should go to someone who will actually play it rather than just stare at it (like me!).
If nobody is interested, I'll keep it, no problem...but it'll be one of those guitars I'll rarely play because it's so mint and I don't want to breathe on it the wrong way!
This is the now-discontinued "Bad Horsie" JEM 77BRMR with the rock mirror top, pearloid binding, DiMarzio Breed pickups, custom J-Craft case, case candy, etc. 9.9/10 collectors grade condition. I actually prefer the Breed pickups to the Evolutions in my JEM 7VWH. Much fuller tone and better split tones in positions 2 & 4, IMHO.
The neck was custom ordered from the previous owner and is a JEM spec, ebony board, with custom mirror inlays that reflect every color in the spectrum. I also have the original dot rosewood neck that will be included with the guitar.
Full disclosure on the custom neck: It's awesome! Smooth as butter! Inlays are smokin'! Also, there is a very slight gap between the guitar and the neck in the neck pocket.
