FS: JEM 7VSBL w/UV1000 case

I bought this brand new at Chuck Levin's Washington Music Center (MD) around 2 years ago. I've only had it out of the house 2 times and both were at my church so no smoke odor. The rest of its existence has been in my music room.

There are a few blemishes to note:

There are two small nicks on the body and one on the headstock. These look like tiny chips/cracks in the clearcoat and do not go through to the underlying wood. The guitar was never dropped and all dings, nicks have come from just bumping into my keyboard, desk or sound equipment in my music room.

There is a dent on the neck but it's very small and doesn't affect playability at all.

The last one to note makes me ill because I have no clue how it happened. I just noticed it when I first inspected the guitar to sell it. I don't recall hitting the guitar on anything hard enough to cause it, but there is a pencil eraser sized chip out of the back of the guitar along the edge near the strap button(tail end of the guitar.) This is a full chip of paint out down to the wood itself.

Other than those, there is some very slight buckle rash(hairline scratches) and normal pickguard scratches. Nothing affects the playability of the guitar and (for me) it was set up nicely from the factory. Low and fast but not too low.

Oh, there are NO stress cracks at the neck joint!

My main reason for selling is because it's just not practical for what I'm playing right now. I don't do any dive-bombs and have no need for the whammy so I think this will be better suited for someone who actually can use it. I also just bought another guitar so I need to sell this to help pay for that one.

Guitar will come with:

1. UV1000 Case. Slight scuffing, but no tears. Combo lock has not been used.
2. trem bar included w/ extra O-rings.
3. All allen wrenches.
4. An incomplete pack of D'Addario strings (NOT the elixirs in the pic)

I have pics at the following location: http://photos.yahoo.com/secondfret

Let me know if you're unable to see them.

I need to get $1200 out of the guitar to help pay for my new axe so here are your options:
You can use Verified Paypal, but the price of the guitar will be ($1240 + S/H) to cover the Paypal trans fees, but you'll get it quicker.
You can also pay by US Postal Money Order and the price will be a straight ($1200 + S/H).
It'll just take a little longer.

I will only accept buyers from the continental USA (lower 4.
Exact shipping charges will apply. I can get really good rates through my employer and I'll have it packed and boxed by our shipping department. I'm not going to charge you ridiculous packing/handling fees, which is the norm on evilbay now. It will be shipping out of 17257.

If you have any questions or further pic requests, please let me know.

Re: FS: JEM 7VSBL w/UV1000 case

Hi,

I like the guitar, the pics look good with slight wear. I would like to buy it for 1200. Are the UV1000 the standard case for JEM's?
