I bought this brand new at Chuck Levin's Washington Music Center (MD) around 2 years ago. I've only had it out of the house 2 times and both were at my church so no smoke odor. The rest of its existence has been in my music room.
There are a few blemishes to note:
There are two small nicks on the body and one on the headstock. These look like tiny chips/cracks in the clearcoat and do not go through to the underlying wood. The guitar was never dropped and all dings, nicks have come from just bumping into my keyboard, desk or sound equipment in my music room.
There is a dent on the neck but it's very small and doesn't affect playability at all.
The last one to note makes me ill because I have no clue how it happened. I just noticed it when I first inspected the guitar to sell it. I don't recall hitting the guitar on anything hard enough to cause it, but there is a pencil eraser sized chip out of the back of the guitar along the edge near the strap button(tail end of the guitar.) This is a full chip of paint out down to the wood itself.
Other than those, there is some very slight buckle rash(hairline scratches) and normal pickguard scratches. Nothing affects the playability of the guitar and (for me) it was set up nicely from the factory. Low and fast but not too low.
Oh, there are NO stress cracks at the neck joint!
My main reason for selling is because it's just not practical for what I'm playing right now. I don't do any dive-bombs and have no need for the whammy so I think this will be better suited for someone who actually can use it. I also just bought another guitar so I need to sell this to help pay for that one.

You can also pay by US Postal Money Order and the price will be a straight ($1200 + S/H).
It'll just take a little longer.
