Before trying auctions, I'm listing this guitar here. I'm looking for $1,750 plus actual shipping costs (within the US only, I am not willing to hassle with the paperwork involved with international shipping). A 2005 model, this was ordered at the NAMM show as it was introduced, it is one of the earliest models in the US and has been used extensively since then. This guitar is NOT in collector's condition, although it's been cared for, it has been used onstage for several years straight and has the marks to prove it.
The mirror top has mostly cleaning swirls that would likely polish out if you have a buffer, and two or three very light scratches that would likely polish out at the same time, but I'm not positive on those - the black back, mostly around the edge is where the most noticeable dings are located, none are large, but they are significant enough to take this out of the 'collectable' category, as a small ding on the lower rear edge does break the finish to show the wood below. The plastic pick-guard is more scratched, if you want a pristine pick-guard it looks like they're available for $48 on the 'bay, otherwise the plastic is slightly scratched and I have no idea what would happen if you tried to remove it and buff plastic.... maybe it would work, maybe it would look worse, I've never thought of trying until just now.
