Watch out dealing with this philzeta - I know this is technically conversation, but it has to do with the sale of this guitar.

I pride myself on being an honest buyer/seller. Just want to point out how unclassy and dishonest philzeta(Isaac) is. I had a committed deal on this guitar with him, and I spent $190 bucks wiring instant cash to my sister that lives right near him. He knew I was wiring money and committed to the deal. Twenty minutes before the meeting, he proceeded to tell me that the guitar was stolen by someone who came to look at.

I now see that he actually sold it out from under, and he couldn't even tell me the truth.
At least it went to another jemsite member.

Committed deal? It would've been if the money was wired to my account, which wasn't. It would've been if I asked for deposit, which I did not. You basically wired the money to your sister's account. I didn't receive a dime, not even a penny. Is there any law that says neither buyer nor seller cannot cancel the transaction at the last minute? In a private sales transaction like this one, nothing's final unless the two parites meet, agree upon all the rules, and exchange items. You could've backed out as well.

$3800 for a DNA??? Many reseller will do the double price. So it likes a stealth deal. I believe many people will grab this deal as quick as they can, and of course any buyer would expect the mess there. Don't blame anyone or the seller, he has the right to withdraw the deal, unless you pay double amount.
