FT: True Temperament JEM7RB!

Hey there

I'm thinking of possibly trading my TT-Jem! Mostly because I'm going to start work with TT and because I'm slowly getting some major GAS for something new, but I don't know what!

It's in players condition, a bit of dings here and there, but hey - it's a workhorse

The TT neck on this one is numbered #002. I don't really know how the numbering works, I think thus far only my neck and Steve Vais necks are numbered! Steve Vais prototype TT neck being #001 and the necks made for EVO and FLO are number #003 and #004. This neck was made at the same time as EVO and FLOs necks.

Anyway, pics!

Like I said, I have noooo idea what I'm after, so please give me some offers! (Gurj, toss in the Carrera and a badass guitar!)

I'm only after trades, as at the moment this is my only guitar, so I have to get some other guitar for this one

Cheers!

Hey man I had a question (actually a couple). What types of guitars are you looking for exactly for trade? And second, when I was messin around with Vai's guitars about 6 months ago, EVO and FLO did not have the TT necks. They were still regular frets and not the squiggly ones. Only one of his JEM's (with a rosewood board) had the TT frets in it. When did he get EVO and FLO done?

Re: FT: True Temperament JEM7RB!

It is a true temperament fret layout. It is designed to account for the imperfections in the temperament of a guitar neck by adjusting the frets string by string for each fret. Aww just google it, but yes, it's supposed to look like that.

Re: FT: True Temperament JEM7RB!

Hey guys! Sorry for not replying here for a long time!

Uh, lets see.. Rikk, to answer your questions..

Vai recieved his EVO and FLO necks about a month ago, it wasn't official until.. well, I think the first appearance those necks had was when Vai used EVO on the Jemini demo movie on his website/youtube.

Uh.. At the moment I'm really interested in Suhr guitars! But to be honest, I don't by any means NEED to sell this guitar, I have it for trade for anything, really. That is, anything that intrigues me! That would be rare Ibanezes or Suhrs. I would totally KILL for a Crystal Planet JS!

The Euphor - Eh, well, not really, because as I said, I don't NEED to sell it, especially not now that I've starting working in the True Temperament shop. I would consider selling it withing Scandinavia or to the UK, but not further away. It's too much of a hassle shipping it overseas! If it would be to Norway it's not that big of a deal, and if it's to the UK I don't mind flying over there, it would just be a fun trip

Dakotaplaysguitar - I'm sorry, that's not really what I'm looking for. But thanks anyway!
