For trade is a 2005 Marshall 1959HW 100watt plexi head in Very Good/Excellent condition. Basically all except tolex are perfect! Two quarter sized tears in front top corners, narrow tear along back left vertical edge, bottom scuff from tolex repair, but still shines as it is relatively new. Now the good stuff...Handwired Marshall reissue of the 100watt plexis of old, actual plexi panels, no reverb or effects loop...same amp as found on Marshall's home page, check there for specs and dimensions etc... Sent to George Metropoulos Amplification in 2006 for tone tweaking mods...slightly more gain, Mullard reissue tubes, tonestack upgrades (caps, res's, etc...) and new output transformer to closer match his 12000 series '68 plexi tones. Also addressed were any reliability issues that Marshall tends to be famous for these days. The amp is killer. Never a problem before or after the mods. Orig. box, manual, chord, Metopoulos Logo, and 2 spare matched power tubes. I'd prefer to work with a fellow Jemster with this amp...close to 3k worth, unfortunately take a couple points off for scuffed cosmetics. I am interested in an older Jem i.e. LNG, DY, FP...All considered and in exc. cond. Please no 7dbk, vbk, vwh or brm.
