Seeking a drummer, bass player, singer, 2nd guitarist and maybe even a keyboard jockey to jam and record LOUD originals, eventually a demo (I have a friend that runs a recording studio). Also very interested in local gigs including rock covers.
I have a very wide range of interests from free form pyscho jazz to metal to Al di Meola style acoustic songs to loud pop music. Very big fan of guitar driven music from '60s to present. From the '60s/'70s I like the classics---Hendrix, Led Zep, Beatles, Doors, etc., from the '80s----The Police, U2, various Brit pop, '80s Metallica, Europe, '80s metal in general. :P From the '90s, major fan of Jeff Buckely, Janes Addicition, Oasis, early Smashing Pumpkins, and also highly accomplished bands like Dave Matthews band and Dream Theater, not into much grunge however. Among more recent bands, I really like The Killers, who have a modern yet retro sound I like quite a bit.
Serious musicians only, this is not for people who only jam once a month when their girlfriend/wife allows them to, this is for people who have a strong need to play and show dedication. Prefer 18+ and RAP (wap) is my biggest enemy!! No wappers please.
Creativity and songwriting skills a major plus.
