Guitar-a-thon in Melbourne
http://www.hardrockcafe.com.au/whats_on-guitar.html
There is going to be a world record attempt at the most number of guitarists
playing together at the same time. This involves twanging along to Smoke on the water with about 1500+ other unplugged electric guitarists!
It's for charity too!!!
I am going down to play...well it is in Carlton where I live!!!
Drop me a line on here or send me a text if you fancy meeting up and then going for lunch in Lygon Street afterwards!
Best wishes
Simon

Man, I wish I could go, it would be fun to jam with alot of
guitar players
. You are lucky to be from where it's happening. Have a great time and give us some reviews and maybe some pics.

Ha Ha, go the Melbourne boys and girls. Good luck, hope to see some coverage on the news.
I wonder if 1500 + unplugged electric guitars would be that loud?

Re: Guitar-a-thon in Melbourne
I'm there if my bassist friend can come... basses allowed?
Edit My bad just read "All forms of guitars are welcome in the attempt"
I'll be there.
