Hi everbody, I am french, I just moved to USA, i am now living in Austin in Texas, I wonder if somebody could give me good information about concert jam, mini jemfest, good shop adress, guitar lesson, i am little lost for, I arrived one week ago

please send me all the information about all that.

I live in Austin TX myself.. je parle un peu de Francais aussi, hah...

For lessons, search on the web, there are tons of them. For a guitar shop, try Strait Music on 183 North (Research Blvd.) and 620. I don't like to usually endorse a chain store like Guitar Center if I can help it.

For a mini jemfest, Mr Vwall (Scott) I've already met and he's a pretty heavyweight ibanez / jem / guitar fan, maybe the biggest Texas jemsiter on here, so he knows probably a lot more about that than I do.

Welcome to the best state in the union (and I'm saying that having been born in Ohio, lived in Michigan, North Carolina, and Colorado, and raised in Maryland.. uh.. not in that order)... enjoy!

do you know a good shop to buy CD's , i haven t find a good one, I went to best buy, the choice is not big.

I went to mars music, I baught a squier there, i couldn t bring my jem7vwh from france, i am sad !!!

I wil try to go to strait music soon.

what guitar, amp, all gears do you have?

Welcome to Texas! We've had many mini-jemfest jams here in Texas, but most (if not all) have been in Houston. We have about 3 or 4 of them a year. We'd love to have anyone show up!
