I say we all click on the little "report post" button and have him banned, he hasn't provided anything useful to this community but spam his crap, just click his name and see all his posts, all but 2 posts he only posted a link and nothing else. Thats a spammer if there ever was one. And its obvious that if we all ignore him in one thread he's just going to make a new one, like this one..
