Uncanny resemblance. What a difference though! I've met Wilson and Porcupine Tree like 5 times, couldnt possibly be a more different person from Malmsteen. So down to earth and absolutely loves meeting his fans. Much like Dream Theater, Symphony X, and basically every other band I've met. Referring to himself in the third person, lmao. Oh Yngwie.

How did you go about meeting Tree?
Last show I saw the bus was outside right where I needed to go to grab my car, but it just seems so creepy to wait for the musicians after the show...

There were like 4 instances. One wasnt really the tree but just Wilson, Aviv (when Blackfield performed at Berklee College of Music in Boston) and their bass player and drummer, we were just hanging outside waiting for the rest of our friends who were talking to their buddies inside and the band came out with Jordan Rudess (who opened for 'em), so we all had a nice chat and hung out a bit before they headed off to the airport. That show they did Lazarus with Rudess, it was freakin' AMAZING...the vid someone took is up on youtube if you search for it.

Once was the whole band, just bumped into em outside on the street after the show in Boston (Berklee as well). The other time was Steven Wilson and John Wesley (probably spelled that wrong) at an in-store at Newbury Comics (also in Boston). Dont recall the last time, probably another in-store somewhere.
