How many inputs can you record at once through a USB connection? I thought only 2 but the tascam 428 says it can handle 4. Any comments?

If I'm not mistaken USB can handle six channels of bandwidth for 44.1/16 audio. So the Tascam unit does four in and two out simultaneously. That's a total of six which is the max for USB 1.
