£400 budget. Guitarist recording demos etc

I have a £400 budget (parents rule sometimes) and I wanna buy a multi track recorder. I need it to have built in amp modelling/FX for that are good enough to use for recordings and it has to have a metronome so I can keep time (I can use my keyboard for drum loops so they're not as improtant). I also need some way to back up my recordings (by PC connection or otherwise). Anyone got any advice or experience for this? Thanks!

Joe

P.S I'll probably be playing metal/shred style stuff. Tone wise, I really hate metallica (love their playing tho) but love petruccis tone. I know I can't recreate this with onboard FX but it would be nice to get close. My next buy after this will be a POD I think.

THANKS!
