Can't get USB MIDI Controller to work anymore.

Hey guys, i recently purchased a Carillon eControl 49 USB MIDI Controller, which is plug + play.

It worked straight out of the box, but since yesterday, Windows recognizes it as an "USB Audio Device" and not a MIDI controller. It doesnt have any drivers. It works perfectly on my other computers/laptops, but it has a problem with my main recording computer. I cant get Nuendo or any of my standalone soft-synths to recognize it either.

Have you looked it up in device manager? Try updating the driver if it appears in there.

What version of xp are you running on your main recording computer? Do the other computers/laptops have the same updates on them? What service pack are you running?

Erm.. Home XP? Service pack 2. No i dont think they do, but one of them uses Vista.
