clips of a $5 computer mic 10 ft from my 1x12


I'm not really sure why I made this thread hopefully it will mildly entertain 1 person. Clip no. 7 should anyways. I guess to show what the $5 mic sounds like lol... I couldn't get the mic closer than about 10 feet.

It's a jem7 into a triple recto orange channel on low volume - only effect is an old MXR delay in the loop. the cab has a vint 30

for a computer mic, I think that sounds pretty good. Very slick playing

Not bad! Just goes to show how incredible a Jem sounds. I had a friend who some years ago bought a $10 mini amp from Radio Shack and plugged in a Midiverb II for effects. He stuck this lil' amp in a shoebox with a mic and covered it with pillows. Then taking control of his Jem 777 he recorded some rather cool tones.
