Does anyone here use EZDrummmer?

Does anyone here use Toontrack's EZDrummer? I need help with an annoying problem I'm having with it. In Sonar, I create a cool drumkit and save the project; then, I open the project back up and it goes back to the default drumkit. Is there any way to save the drumkit you're using along with all of the various types of symbols etc. that you select?

I think it's a weird thing with EZDrummer. I use it with Cakewalk Project 5 and when I start the application, I have to go into EZDrummer and get it to load the set again as well. It doesn't automatically load the samples when used in an application.

i dont use EZdrummer but i am using an E-kit to trigger toontrack's DFH superior and it sounds awesome, and very tweakable. Recording drum tracks this way is way easier than trying to program them, it's much quicker and more dynamic.

It's a little pricey, but its worth it in my opinion.

Don't have that problem in Cubase. Works fine, always loads the drumkit from hell.

Great piece of software.

I use it as well in Cubase with no problems. Are you able to set up a template? When I open a new project, I use my template and it automatically fires up EZD, and adds 1 audio and 1 midi track. Maybe you can set up a template project and get it to load with your prefs?
