Good Free or Low Price Music Software for Macintosh

Maybe you guys all konw this softwares, just wanted to share the freeware/shareware stuff I use on OS X for guitar playing. Please if you have other good softwares (non commercial) you use and find useful post a link to the download page.


1. The best of ALL :

"Amazing Slow Downer", I must say wow ! Tripple wow : it let's you play any mp3 at any speed you wnat WITHOUT changing the pitch, so that's a master utility for learning a song. i) you hear all the subtleties in steve's playing for example, you can play along to a slower version of a particular hard part of a song. If you don't know this, please do me a favor, try it ! It's shareware, but worth any penny ! For example I now only use iTunes for music palyback (computer linked to HiFi) and so using Amazing Slow Downer is easy and really fantastic.

2. A tuner

Let's you tune your guitar in any tuning. Cool app. I am looking for one that would use the mic of my Mac to tune my guitar though, if anybody knows of one that works under OS X.

3. Guitar Tablature programm.

4. A fullset metronome
