Problem is, those are sort of mutually exclusive - cheap & accurate, I mean.
Do a search, as IIRC we recently discussed this. My vote around $20 is the Koss UR-20. They don't totally suck.
For twice that, Sennheiser has a well respected one (P-something-100), and for $100 or so I like the Sennheiser HD250 and the Sony MDR-7506. All of the above are sealed phones, which are good for keeping your noise to yourself (and other noise out), but some people prefer the sound of open phones. I need isolation, so other than the standard AKG K240 (a good phone for $100), I can't help with those.
