Jamlab control panel help

Hello, I've been googling for hours now and haven't found any solution to my problem. I've seen some Jamlab-users here on the forum so maybe they can help me out.

I've bought Jamlab (M-audio) and got everything needed in the specs but it doesn't seem to work, googling only made me aware that it has something to do with Windows xp..

I plugged in my guitar, but the control panel doesn't want to open, the pc just beeps once. GT Player Express etc. is working fine, but I just can't open the control panel wich is needed to well... plug in my guitar.

Hope to get some help, thx in advance!
