M-Audio Session - or better advice?

I've been looking for a quick/easy way to record really simple song ideas on my laptop. I've gone the dedicated Pro Tools computer route, and it's a PITA for the most part. 90% of the time I really just want like 2-4 tracks to record a mic'd acoustic or amp. No complex editing needed, no top notch effects... Basically just want to take the old Tascam cassette multitrack and put it on my PC.

I don't really have the horsepower for anything too nifty, I'm running a 1.73GHz Core 2 with 2GB RAM and Vista. So that M-Audio Session software looked like it would do the trick.

Here's the link for what I'm talking about:

Even though I have an MBox 2, I'd love something that comes with a tiny interface like that so I could put everything in my laptop bag and take my "studio" out of town, etc.

So can anyone give any good/bad feedback on Session? Any alternative that would fit my needs?

Nevermind... went with Cakewalk Sonar and am using my MBox 2. So far, so good.
