M-audio transit or Maya 44? Need help!

Hey everyone. I'm looking for a cheap USB soundcard that I can use to record. I have come up with 2 I like. Should not be much more then 100 euro (prefer lower but the Maya is 120)
The Maya 44 has 4 in and outputs / optical input and mic input with 12v phantom power. The M-audio transit has one 1 shared optical/line-input and one line-out and an optical out. I have a mixer so I really do not need much more then an input and a good output. But how does the soundquality between these two compare? What should I get?

Save bucks for Hammerfall or Echo.

Don't go cheap. You'll regret it. I did anyway.
