Please Help with my earphone rehearsal room!

Hi!

I have a room in my apartment for music, and since obviously drums and real amps are a no-no. I decided to set an earphone rehearsing room. The idea is to be able to play with friends, with a minimum sound quality, so everyone can hear what they are playing, and of course, without the police knocking on my door!

The idea is, basically:

-Guitar and bass through PODs or similar
-Roland V Drum
-Keyboard running soft synths
-A couple of mics

The thing is, I don't know what kind of mixer/earphone amp I need. The goal is to get 4 earphones to individually monitor the mix, and a "master" output, for recording or whatever.

I DONT need:

-Individual track output for recording
-Individual "full" mixes for earphones, but at least "some" degree of individual control, so everyone can somewhat adjust their phones to monitor the mix to their liking.

Of course, the idea is to do this cheaply, maybe some Berhinger mixer or something like that. I did this drawing, and to summarize my question: what do I put in the cloud???

Thank you very much!!

Grab yourself a small mixer with at least 12 channels and as many aux sends as possible. Get the Behringer HA4700 headphone amp. Feed a main stereo mix from the mixer to the HA4700. Now each of the 4 sections has an AUX input where each of the 4 players can add in "more me" by using aux sends and direct outs from the mixer.

Saw this in Guitar world and thought of your post.

I know nothing about it, but it won a best in Show at the 2009 NAMM show.

I like that! Simple idea, no messing about with being overly complex.

that looks really cool and would be perfect for you. i just ran everyone into an 8 ch. mixer and ran the stereo outs from that into a headphone distribution box. this jamhub would be cooler, smaller, and less mess!
