Presonus Firebox with SM57?
I'm looking to start recording my amp at home. I've already got an SM57, so now, I'm looking mainly for a firewire interface. The Firebox looks ideal, but I've heard that the mic preamps are really low on gain, making it difficult to record with a dynamic mic such as the SM57.
How many of you use an SM57 with a Firebox for what I'm trying to do? Do you encounter these problems?
