I'm sure this question has been answered about a million times in this forum, but will protools only work with digidesign hardware?
The reason I ask is because i currently have a Mbox 2 which is great, but has limited mic inputs (two). I was thinking about buying a non-digidesign
audio interface with lots of mic inputs (up to eight), but it's no point if protools wont accept it.
Are there any digidesign audio interfaces that offers more inputs or do I have to buy Cubase to choose an alternative audio inerface?
