PROTOOLS REGISTERING PROBLEM

I HAVE JUST BOUGHT A DIGI 003 RACK UNIT WITH PROTOOLS 7.3 BUT CAN NOT SEEM TO REGISTER THE SOFTWARE FOR UPDATES. EVERYTIM I ENTER THE DETAILS IT COMES BACK WITH AN ERROR. CAN ANYONE HELP? I AM RUNNING ON WINDOWS XP

ARE YOU ENTERING ALL OF THE DETAILS IN CAPS?

DOES THE ERROR SAY TURN OFF CAPS LOCKED KEY?

No unfortunately not.I have entered all the details as per the case on the registration form.

You need to enter the code exactly as it is written. All letters are lower case EXCEPT the first 4 (DIGI) and the spaces must be included.
