Tascam DP01


i need some help....i have yet to figure ot how to get the tracks i recorded to play in Windows media player when i hook the dp01 up to my laptop to play it back...i know i thas to be a .wma file

does the recorder itself convert it to this file format, or do i have to do it with some third party software...

i know how to hook it up and get the computer to recognize it...i just need to figure out how to convert it to a .wma file

any help would be awesome
