Tascam US-122 USB - Anyone got any experience?

Has anyone tried one of these? My local shops don't have them in but they look good for the money. Is there any latency problems? Or anything else I need to know about before buying one?

Good little box, for the money. My buddy has one running on a machine I built for him, AMD 2100+/512MB DDR/etc.

He's using it with CEP2, and it works great.
