VS840 CD Burning. How do I do it?

Help! The punks at the music store gave me the wrong manual, insisting that they'll find me the right one soon. Don't have a lot of time though. If you could help me, I am trying to figure out how to burn my songs to CD. Currently, they are recorded but have not been treated with the final mix. What do I need to do to make a .wav file out of my songs?
