What is the best drum sample database ?

Hi,

I recently bought Ableton live 6 together with a M-audio trigger finger and an M-audio Axiom 25 , live 6 comes with an essential instrument collection ( 15gb of samples) but there aren't any drum sounds. Does anyone know wich plugin has the best drum samples? Quality is better than quantity in this case

Tyvm !!

Live 6 comes with Impulse, which is a drum sampler (page 251 of the reference manual).

Re: What is the best drum sample database ?

Yes , that's true but it doesn't have a lot of drum sounds ( I cant find any drum sounds except the ones I got from live lite's demo versions ) I'm searching for sounds to put in impulse, my drum sampler ...

I use Drumkit From Hell. Great sounds, but really memory consuming.
If your hardware can handle it, you'll have no problem (I have some, so I export to audio and freeze the VSTi)

+1 killer sounds but a real memory hog. My friend gets memory errors on a 3.4 Ghz dual core with 3GB RAM.
