What tempo is this?
Short clip that I one-offed:

The closest I can get on a metronome is 75, and I realize I'm not keeping perfect time in the playing itself, but if someone can nail it relatively close, I'd really appreciate it.

I'm clocking it at about 130.3 bpm. As you said, it's not consistent, but it's damn close to 130 bpm the whole time for me.

Starts at 65, goes up to 75, then down to 70

I use a program with a tap function, tap along with the mouse/keyboard and it tells me the tempo.
There are programs that can do it.

I used the beat mapping function in Acid to get my number (it's about double what everyone else had, so I guess I had it counting twice every beat).
