8 string pickups?

I have an 8 string now, and i am looking to get pickups for it. I contacted emg and seymour duncan and didn't get anyone . I got in touch with Dimarzio (i always do) and they said there are no plans for an 8 string pickup.

I know that some guys are using bass pickups, i checked and an emg 40 model would work, and seymour now has a blackout bass pickup that would fit.

IS there any other company out there that is making 8 string pickups that i dont know about?

well i am not looking to spend that much. If i were going to drop 300+ i might as well buy my own pickup winder.

We have Blackouts 8-string pickups available now, that's what I have in the Schecter at work. The Custom Shop can make lots of different passive 8-string pickups, they've been doing them for many years.
