'91 540RHH wiring help w/3 way switch


Sorry if this is a duplicate, need help anyone that has a diagram or picture
is the stock settings, on off on, or on both on.

By 3-way switch, are you meaning 3-way blade type or toggle?
Here's a '93 model that may be what you're after:


Your question seems to indicate a toggle switch, so any diagram for a two humbucker guitar will suffice--you just need to know which wire colors go where:


And, because I have to throw it out there--there's a ton of sites dedicated to wiring diagrams, you just have to spend a few seconds to look for them.
