'94 RG470FM & Afterburner Installation Help

I have a RG470FM and an EMG Afterburner. What I am wanting to do is remove the Tone control from the guitar and have the Afterburner in its place leaving me with just a Volume and Afterburner controls. The installation instructions only give examples for a guitar with 3 single coil pickups. How would I install this with my guitar that has 2 humbuckers and 1 single coil? There is a ground, red, and white with each humbucker. Which one would get connected to the RED battery lead? Any help is always greatly appreciated!

Here is the link for the Ibanez factory wiring http://ibanez.com/support/wiring/W96039.gif
