Adjusting the height of Jem Breeds

Hi,
I'm looking for some help regarding setting up my pickups on my jem 7dbk.
It's fitted with the breed neck and bridge humbuckers and a single coil in the centre which I'm not sure of the details about.

Any tips on height to achieve more sustain and clarity etc?
Any advice or feedback is greatly appreciated.

generally you gain clarity and sustain when you lower the pickups (this is any pickup in general so it's principle will work on Breeds)

Cool, thanks for the advice.
I always thought it was the opposite way round, I figured the closer the pickup was to teh strings the more clarity and gain/sustain was obtained.
Strange.
Any advice on the height of the individual poles?
Is more treble/clarity obtained through raising the poles or is it again the other way round?
