anyone have experience with..


seymour full shred, invader?
or evo, paf pro for neck position for metal/sweeping?
I use an S470 (mahogany)

For the SD invader it's probably worth noting they have out a invader neck model with lowered output, and tonally it's probably right up your alley if you're after a thick powerfull fat lead tone.

An invader bridge in the neck, esp in a mahogany guitar would be overkill, and personally I would be looking at something to clean up the neck a little bit.

A nice low output clean pickup will sound great with the gain up, where's a high output pickup is more likely to muddy up.

Evo neck doesn't lend itself to sweeping so well, paf pro yeah alil.....
try a Humbucker From Hell it'll suprise you quite abit..It does sweeping quite well.

the air norton is killer for sweeps, as is the fred in the neck.
