I was rummaging through my extensive parts and came across and old di'marzio pickup from the 80's. What I do know is this. It came out of a custom Hamer (
neck thru). On the back is has NO type listed. Just says (and I've already installed it and am going by memory) Di'Marzio Made In The USA Has one HELL of a sound in the flame. Anyways here is a pic, any help (and i am guessing this will be damned near impossible) would be great. Also, the wiring is as follows:
1 ground
1 White (ground)
1 Black (hot)
And the pup is HEAVILY waxed.
Also, a while back i bought a ton of parts from a guy that used to work for Gibson/Epiphone and a few of these oddball tailpieces were included and we can not figure out what they go to. i am guessing a Dobro, but I am not sure. figured someone here may know ...
