Blues Saraceno Pickups in the Ibanez Days?

OK, here's an obscure question. Anybody know what pickups Saraceno used in his old Ibanez guitars before he jumped ship to Yamaha, etc. and started using Seymour Duncans?

That's a tough one... I'm a huge Blues fan, but i don't know the answer.

I thought he was just using whatever came stock with his ibanez RG's back then...
either those or paf pro's

I thought it was the Paf pros before he went with the Duncan Parallel axis.

According to the 1989 DiMarzio catalog, he used PAF Pro.

Great player. Too bad it's impossible to find his albums.

Anyone tried the PAT pickups?

Pretty sure its was PAF Pro scavenged from a Jem of all things. He used to be managed by Brian at Brian's Guitars in New Haven before Sam Ash bought them out and I think I remember Brian or Eddie telling me about him scavenging parts from a Jem.
