Bridge pickup for down tuned RG3EX1?

So I recently bought my friends RG3EX1 from him that he bought new and never played(I think I played it more than him hanging out at his place). I got it to be my down tuned axe. I'm going to set it up with probably 13-58 and it will be tuned to B standard with the occasional lowering the 6th to A to jam on some Nile.

So is there any pickup that is recommended? Obviously this is for metal, and to give you an idea of what I like, I have a Seymour Duncan Custom in my main guitar that is tuned to standard and drop D and I love that pickup.

And if people think it'll go well in this for what I want, I'm not opposed to getting the same pickup for this. So far I've thought about that, Invader, Alternative 8, or PATB-2. Other suggestions are also welcome.

Custom would be awesome. DiMarzio Dominion would be off the hook too. I'd try the Dominion first.

How are harmonics with the Dominion? One of the things I love about the Duncan Custom is the near effortless pinch harmonics.

Also, I've been listening to all sorts of examples on Youtube and I'm kinda liking the Crunch Lab too. Anyone know how it likes lower tunings? There's just too many choices when it comes to pickups.

Depends on your rig, but through mine--effortless.
