Can't Choose pickups

I have a rg that i just put an evo in and I love it so much, just it made my middle and neck pickups sound bad. So I've been trying to decide between an Evo Neck and Evo Neck pickup or a Blue Velvet Bridge for middle and an Air Norton.

Re: Can't Choose pickups

Oh i guess i might want to say style's of music I'd like to get a good blues tone when i want it, also I'd like to have a good pickup for sweeps. I'm a big fan of harmonics and overtones and I've heard both the evo neck and the air norton get great harmonics for being a neck pickup so thats one reason i can't decide. My styles go from SRV to Vai and Pablo Gilberto. Just in saying that I don't mean i only want their tones, I'd like my own tone but one that can get around when i need it to

Re: Can't Choose pickups

just get the Evo middle and an Evo neck and make it a matched set.

you liked the bridge so much I'm sure you'll like the rest.

i figured I have a question is there a way to add money from a debit card to my paypal balance because if I can do that I can finally get rid of this like 30 dollars on these cards when i buy the neck one from musicians friend and the middle from the bay

not the single coil. however, try an HS-3 in the middle. depending on the wood, try a breed.

Re: Can't Choose pickups

Ooo, good thing I just found this! I just got the Blue Velvet neck pickup in my strat, mid position. It's a really stratty tone, but if you turn the tone knob for it(do Jems have a tone knob for that position?), you can get a nice, warm, almost humbucker sound. I like mine.

J-customs have blue velvets and 1 tone knob so i figure it will work

My dad recommends a dual blade designed single, like the super distortion or fast track but will i be able to get strat tone?
