Cheap Pickup Recommendations

So I've started my RG350 project, but don't know which pickup setup I want/need.
I was thinking a single hum' would work, maybe a DiMarzio Evo, but I'm not sure how good they are. I know that EMG HZ's are good, and I'm taking them into consideration.
Does anyone have experience with Evo's, or even the whole Evo set?

(Pickups I have at hand, old Lace's and an Epi.)

I'm just looking for some info on the Evo's, or something like the Evo's. Not looking for anything specific, just wondering what others think of them.

they have several pickups desiged after emgs and seymour duncans.

they are reasonably priced too. You can find certain used dimarzios for cheap as well though.

How is that going to help you though? Your idea of good tone may very well be different to other's ideas. If you tell us what you are using and what sound you are after we can better advise you. Everyone may have an opinion, some will like the Evo, others will hate it. This won't really help you though. There may be a better pickup choice to suit your idea of good tone and your rig. Help us to help you.
