Check out this wiring scheme

I said awhile ago that I came up with a wiring scheme that might be cool, and here it is - http://ramsites.net/~naumanntc/index.html/. I figured I would try it out before I posted it, so it took me awhile to get it up. I don't claim that I invented this or anything, I just tried to think of something a little more flexible than the stock RG H/S/H scheme.

The idea is that you have two coils working at any one time, just like stock, but when the push/pull pot is down, the combinations are all in series, and when it's up, they're all in parallel. This way, you can get a "boost" in the down position, and more clarity in the up position, despite the coil combination.

There's no middle single-coil by itself, though. No big loss for me, personally. I thought of a couple different ways to add the middle single, but neither solution was very elegant. If anyone wants to know about them, you can email me at doctorcrunch@netscape.net.

That's pretty crazy...lol
There's a site I go to for new wiring mods and stuff that has somthing similar to this, but a cleaner version. Hopefully Jemsite won't have a problem with me saying it...but it's called www.guitarelectronics.com and they have alot of different diagrams. I've used quite a few of them, and even done the Jimmy Page mods to my Les Paul. Fun stuff...
