My bad! it was his policy before not ship overseas but it seems that now he is more than willing to do so. Mike's Music shop is by far the best shop to buy from when it comes to price, stock, selection and customer service!!!

Re: Colored pickups

To date i haven't been able to find a cheaper **** dealer for OS buyers than Sigler Music. David has purchased from them and all went very smoothly, he was the one who put me onto them

Re: Colored pickups

I thought DiMarzio prevented its distributers from shipping out of their home countries ... forcing you to find a dealer where you live. Have they changed their policy?

Re: Colored pickups

I have order coloured Dimarzios via Sigler Music, which is a fleabay store - they are quick, inexpensive and helpful - oh, yeah, and they definitely ship overseas.

Cheers

Yup, Mike rules. I've dealt with him for years, both at his store (I used to live in Harrisburg where he's located) and by mail order. He's one of the largest DiMarzio dealers in the US and got me my D-Sonic 7 in 2 days while other people that preordered them from other shops waited over a month after I got mine.

Re: Colored pickups

why don't people spray paint their pickups? I mean... just because a company doesn't make orange pickups doesn't mean a can of primer/adhesion promoter and a can of color can't give you the same results.

Re: Colored pickups

I've sprayed chrome onto pickups and it comes off after a few weeks because of the pick. Now chrome is not really very durable as colors go, so maybe others work better. And I didn't bother using primer.

David, the laws must have just changed on OS buying since you purchased yours. I went to place an order today with Sigler, and they are now saying because they are authorised dealers, Dimarzio won't let them ship outside the US. I've also noticed a couple of other dealers on fleabay saying the same thing.
