Custom Wiring for RG help

I own an RG 350dx with an Air Norton In the Neck, Cruiser in the middle, and Steve's Special in the bridge..
Totally love this guitar and it has put out live and in the studio.

Recently one of my students wanted me to install a JB/Jazz in his RG as well as remove his middle pick up and tone knob.. I feel in love with the results!
More clarity, Punch, and Bite.. 5 way switch opened up an array of very versatile tones for the H-H configuration..

I would love to do the same with my RG now on my day off..
Could some one post up multiple wiring diagrams for a
H-H 1 Vol, 5 way lever switch on this thread?
